These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alliance Silica® website (the “Site”), operated by Alliance Silica®. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Alliance Silica® is an authorised distributor of natural graded silica sand, supplying clients across the GCC, Europe, and Africa. All commercial supply of silica sand, filter media, silica flour, and related products is governed by separate commercial terms provided with each quotation or order confirmation. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to supply.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the Alliance Silica® name and mark — is the property of Alliance Silica® or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Product descriptions, technical specifications, and application guidance on the Site are provided for general information only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty that product information is complete, current, or error-free. Specifications for specific orders are confirmed separately as part of the commercial supply process and governed by our commercial terms of sale.
Orders for silica sand, filter media, silica flour, and other products are subject to separate commercial terms issued at the time of quotation. International supply orders are governed by INCOTERMS 2020 (or the most current version) as specified in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Terms covering delivery, title transfer, risk, payment, and liability are set out in those commercial terms and not on this Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Alliance Silica® has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage arising from their use.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliance Silica® excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and other terms — whether express or implied — relating to the Site, its content, or its availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliance Silica® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Please review it before using the Site.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You are expected to check this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Commercial supply agreements — including international orders — are governed separately as set out in Section 6 and may specify different jurisdiction or arbitration terms on a per-order basis.
